Payment:

All custom builds require a 50% deposit to start the build process.  This deposit secures the materials for your particular build and a slot in the current backlog.  The final balance is due within 1 week following the completion of your instrument.  

Payment Methods:

We accept all major forms of payment for custom guitar builds including - Cash, Check, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and Paypal.  CT residents are required pay the additional 6% sales tax.

Build Time:

Most standard builds have a turnaround of 3-4 months.  Completely custom one-off guitars or builds with intricate inlay can take much longer.  There are several factors that effect instrument build times.  Please don't hesitate to ask about the current approximate build time.

Shipping:

The price of the instrument includes ground shipping via Fed Ex in the Continental US only.  2 day, Overnight or International shipping is charged actual pricing.

Every DGN Custom Guitar carries a full satisfaction guarantee.  Part of the planning and build process here at DGN is getting a very specific rundown of what you want in your custom guitar so its perfect from the start.  If for some reason you are not completely happy with your custom handmade guitar, we will make it right.  Wether its a hardware change, a pickup or electronics change, or the color isn't quite right, we will always work with you to correct anything that isn't up to your expectations.  We work very hard to maintain our 100% satisfaction rate.
